The apartment includes three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed for ultimate comfort, and two full baths for added convenience. Enjoy entertainment with a large flat-screen TV, pool and ping pong table, and foosball table on the lower level. In-unit laundry ensures hassle-free living, and 24/7 video security guard monitoring provides peace of mind. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. A Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. Located between Clarendon and Berkeley Streets, this Back Bay gem is just a block from Copley Square Shopping Mall and a short 0.2-mile walk to Back Bay Station. After your reservation has been confirmed, a contract outlining the basic house rules will be emailed to you for review and signature. A 'Meet & Greet' can be set up with our team upon request and availability. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to enhance its historic Boston elegance, which may result in some updates taking place throughout the building and on the exterior.
