Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee.
