The spacious bedroom includes a queen bed for ultimate comfort, and there's a sectional sleeper sofa in the living area, partially divided by a 3/4 wall for privacy. Enjoy a large flat-screen TV and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living, along with 24/7 video security guard monitoring for peace of mind. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lock-out fee. Step outside to immerse yourself in the quintessential Boston experience. There is an adjustment in the cleaning fee for stays extending beyond 28 days, with the exact amount communicated prior to reservation confirmation. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. A contract outlining basic house rules will be emailed after reservation confirmation.
