Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay and is fully furnished, featuring a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to maintain an upscale, luxury standard, which may result in updates throughout the building and on the exterior.
