The fully stocked kitchen comes with all amenities and appliances needed for staying in, and there's a desk space for work. Enjoy the peaceful, fully fenced-in backyard with lounge seating and a grill. The home is pet-friendly with a fee, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. A dog bed and bowls are available. Renters must fill out a guest card to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf, with a $30 fee associated, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
