The cozy living room boasts a decorative fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, cooking basics, and a Keurig coffee maker. A welcome tray with snacks and complimentary K-Cups is provided, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. A private 2-car garage and driveway parking are available. Pets are welcome with applicable fees, with rates varying based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Additional charges may apply for excess pet-related issues. Located in Bartow, this home offers a peaceful setting with easy access to major roads. This is a non-smoking property, and events or parties are not allowed. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use. Guest personal property is not insured by the Owner against loss or damage. Management recommends that guests carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. A $25 fee per extra person, per night will apply for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. A $20 fee applies for every hour before or after standard check-in/check-out times. A $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes after the 10 am checkout grace period. For bookings where Suite Stays Atlanta acts as the merchant of record, standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, a surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs. Smart home and security devices are employed throughout the property for safety and convenience, including exterior cameras and video doorbells. Interior devices monitor temperature, humidity, and sound decibel levels. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. All utilities, high-speed internet, lawn care, and pest services are included with your stay.
