You will have full access to the entire home during your stay. Entry to the home is by a digital keypad Yale lock. There are 2 parking bays accessible in the back alley. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for the whole stay with a maximum of 2 pets. This home is perfectly located in the heart of East Austin, making it easy to explore the city's best spots. Whether you're walking, biking, or catching a quick ride, you'll have no trouble getting around. Walking, you're just minutes from some of Austin’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. 6th Street and Rainey Street are a short stroll away for live music, great food, and nightlife. Austin is a bike-friendly city, and you’ll find rental bikes and scooters readily available nearby. They're a great way to zip around downtown and beyond. Uber and Lyft are always just a few minutes away, offering quick and easy rides to destinations like South Congress (SoCo), Zilker Park, or the airport. The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby. If you're bringing a car, street parking is available. Keep in mind that some areas may have permit or time restrictions. Be aware that the dryer is currently unavailable for use. No loud noise is allowed between 10pm and 8am with a $250 fine for violations. Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not allowed inside the home with fines ranging from $250 to $1500, but you can smoke in outdoor areas if you properly discard cigarette butts in a smoking receptacle, with a $20 fine for littered butts. No confetti or glitter is allowed due to cleaning difficulties, with fines ranging from $150 to $300. No large pets are allowed, and small pets should not be on the furniture. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee of $50 applies for small pets, and no pets are allowed in pools or hot tubs with a $250 fine for violations. Extra cleaning fees ranging from $125 to $500 may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisance, parking nuisance, trespassing, and vandalism.
