The backyard is perfect for relaxing with a fire or grilling and enjoying meals outside. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. The backyard is fully fenced, and dog toys are provided. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. Pet-friendly accommodations ensure your furry friends are welcome. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re visiting the University or exploring local eateries, there’s something for everyone. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unapproved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
