The master bedroom indulges you with a soothing soaking tub in the master bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a twin over queen bunk bed in the third bedroom, this home comfortably accommodates your entire family. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern conveniences like a dishwasher and microwave, along with a central butcher block counter, making meal preparation a breeze. When you're ready to explore the surrounding wonders, you'll find Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and the vibrant downtown Jackson, WY, all within an easy one-hour drive. For those craving outdoor thrills, both the Grand Targhee Resort and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are a mere 40-minute drive away, offering limitless opportunities for adventure and recreation. Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the mountain views, or embarking on wilderness escapades, this Teton Valley retreat promises a memorable family vacation amid nature's tranquility. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, so please be respectful to our neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to preserve the beauty of our dark skies. Drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Snow machines, dirt bikes, and ATVs are not permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property. Candles or incense should not be burned in the home, and fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. A maximum of one pet is allowed, and you must advise immediately upon booking if you are bringing a pet. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than one pet is brought without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up after their pet, and bagged waste should be placed in the provided trash cans. Pets should never be left unattended unless kenneled or crated, and noise complaints from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. All guests must clean off in the shower or bath before using the hot tub. Do not enter the hot tub dirty or wearing lotion, sunscreen, or makeup, as additional cleaning will incur an extra fee. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or using marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
