The heated private pool is available for an additional fee of $100 per night. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace and visit the many shopping centers and restaurants. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Nearby attractions include Boca Ciega Millennium Park, Lake Seminole Park, Florida Botanical Gardens, Treasure Island Fun Center, and Seminole City Center. Dining options include Mama's Kitchen, Zom Hee Chinese Restaurant, Jimmy's Sushi, Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille - Bay Pines, and Mad Beach Cantina. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets and no parties are allowed. Violations of the no parties policy may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. The pool should be heated in the months between October to May each year.
