A non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. The pet rest area at the roof is for exclusive use of approved pets. Please clean up after each use and hose down area used for relief of pet after every use. Located near Valencia Street and 18th Street, this is one of the Mission's hottest locations. If the barking of a tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then tenant and owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not cleaning up after their dog.
