The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, with a $200 fine for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators.
