Enjoy the private pool, tiki bar, outdoor patio and dining area, gas grill, fire pit, giant Jenga, corn hole, and an 8-hole putting green. The game room features a pool table, arcade games, and shuffleboard, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, karaoke and disco ball, pack n play, high chair, free parking, and Wi-Fi. The heated pool is available for an additional fee of $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, with a 3-day notice required for heating. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars, with no street or grass parking allowed. No boats, trailers, or RVs are allowed. Unauthorized parties will result in a $700 fine and removal from the property without a refund. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and unauthorized extra guests will result in a $600 fine. This is a pet-free home, and if pets are brought onto the property, you will be asked to depart immediately with no refund provided. Exterior cameras are installed at the floodlight by the garage and on each side of the house facing the front. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported prior to check-out.
