It's 15 minutes to the San Antonio Zoo & Brackenridge Park, 18 minutes to The Alamo & River Walk, 18 minutes to Downtown San Antonio & Tower of the Americas, 20 minutes to Pearl District, 20 minutes to La Villita Historic Arts Village, 23 minutes to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, 25 minutes to Natural Bridge Caverns, 25 minutes to Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, 28 minutes to SeaWorld San Antonio, and 30 minutes to San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee.
