The home is only 5 minutes away from the Gas South Arena, making it a simple and quick commute to your event. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood, the house is equipped with cameras on the outside for added security while not intruding on guest privacy inside. Guests will have access to the entire house with four dedicated bedrooms and a huge bonus room downstairs, a cozy kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large back deck and backyard excellent for entertaining. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for a party of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. This is a pet-free rental. However, small pets less than 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Parking is available for up to four standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight parking on the street. Prime location, close to I-85, shops, restaurants, hospitals, and more! Access to the highway makes Downtown Atlanta only 30 minutes away. Nearby are many local eateries and markets that host all sorts of different ethnic cuisines and groceries. The home is only 5 minutes away from the Gas South Arena, making it a simple and quick commute to your event. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property. Any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge. No loud noise, parties, or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people. It is okay to have visitors during the daytime; however, no more than 10 people on the property at once. Strictly no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Any unregistered guests will automatically result in an additional charge of $50 per guest per night for each additional guest regardless of age. Guests must ensure they have a crime-free record and will not carry any weapons to the property. The property reserves the right to conduct a background check if deemed necessary. Guests must include all guests, including children and infants, in the number of guests in their booking. Information of all guests (full name and age of each guest) must be sent 24 hours before or after check-in. The guest whose account is used to book the reservation needs to be present for check-in. The outside front and back around the house are equipped with cameras that are actively on 24/7 for added security while not intruding into guest privacy inside the home. Guests are required to follow all community guidelines listed inside or on the property. Please leave all doors to the exterior closed at all times to prevent unwelcomed pests from entering the home. The house receives quarterly regular pest control treatment; however, insects and pests are inevitably present in the Georgia southern climate. The owner cannot guarantee the total absence of insects or pests, and action will only be taken when deemed necessary by the management company. If any house rules are violated during your stay, the reservation may be canceled immediately, with immediate removal of all guests and no refund issued as a result.
