The main level bedroom is the king-size bed master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. Ascending the gorgeous staircase to the home's upper level, guests will enjoy two generously sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. In the home's lower level, you'll find ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sleeper sofa. The walk-out basement provides guests access to a fantastic yard with mature trees and landscaping, which give a sense of privacy. Fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use. Located in Midtown Columbus, this home is perfectly situated to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods! Enjoy coffee at Midtown Coffee (a local favorite) just a half-mile away! A 5-minute drive will take you to family-friendly Lake Bottom Park, the Coca-Cola Space Science Center, and the National Civil War Museum. Fort Moore is a quick 20-minute drive with easy access to the highway. The home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended; however, Uber and Lyft are readily available. This home does have a steep staircase that may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues, and there are also two upper-level balconies to consider if you're bringing small children. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
