The luxury heated pool is available from September through April each year, with the heater set between 78 - 80 degrees. Guests can request a higher setting between 81 - 86 degrees for an additional charge of $35 per night. Beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys are provided, but snorkeling equipment and beach blankets are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 8:00. Guests are asked not to wear shoes in the house and to keep all wet clothes off of the inside furniture. Long-term stays and families are welcome. The guest must allow the owner or their representative access to the property with reasonable notice during the stay, except in emergencies or urgent situations.
