The suite also features a family dining table and a comfortable living room with central air conditioning. For those traveling with pets, a pet fee of $99 applies if declared at booking. If not declared, the fee will be charged separately after disclosure. Only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed, with certain breed restrictions. Additional amenities include a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as one-time fees. Located right off the 192, Palisades Condominium provides easy access to a variety of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Other nearby attractions include Orange Lake Golf Course, Highlands Reserve Golf Club, Lake Louisa State Park, Camping World Stadium, Orlando Science Center, and Mennello Museum of American Art. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Late check-outs will incur a fine for each additional hour the property is inaccessible for turnover. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and their pets, with large messes resulting in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. High-speed internet is available throughout the condo, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
