Situated in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood of Garland, Texas, this home is conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 30 minutes to Dallas/Fort Worth airport and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium. Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 10 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 28 minutes away. Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 15 minutes away, and Surf and Swim is only 7 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options.
