Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial vehicles, and large trucks are not permitted to park in the community except for loading and unloading purposes or with preapproval from the HOA. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with self-check-in provided via a Smart Lock. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Eastern Time, and no parties, smoking, or pets are allowed. If house rules are broken, a charge of $300.00 plus any damages will apply. Major violations can lead to eviction with no refunds. The home is self-catering, so guests are responsible for their own food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. A cleaning fee applies for all stays, and mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional charge. A desk area is available in one of the bedrooms, providing a convenient space for remote work. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
