With Uber, Lyft, or bus options, and walking distance from the Skywalk that connects the entire city, getting around is a breeze. This unit is in an apartment building, and the availability or quality of amenities such as the elevator, pool, gym, and recreation lounge is not controlled by us. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors, and refunds will not be issued if any amenities are unavailable during your stay. Guests cannot receive mail at this location. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout fees of $25 apply without prior permission.
