The property offers free parking space with a maximum of three cars parked under the house on the left side. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per property, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. A $120 pet cleaning fee plus tax applies for one pet, and pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by pets. Located within walking distance to the lagoon and close to the Gulf, this property is near restaurants, shopping, and major Gulf Shores events like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Guests must inform about pets when making a reservation, with fines up to $500 for policy violations.
