The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample cabinet space. It's the perfect place to prepare gourmet meals or whip up a quick snack. The adjacent dining area provides an elegant setting for family dinners or gatherings with friends. Paid parking is available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. The condo is conveniently located, offering easy access to the best of New Orleans. The Superdome Stadium is roughly 0.4 miles away. Parking spots are limited, and you can secure your spot by booking in advance. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
