Enjoy the private hot tub and sauna, and a complete fenced yard. Paid add-ons are not available. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Caldwell, this home offers a peaceful setting while still being close to everything in the Treasure Valley. It's conveniently situated near Downtown Caldwell restaurants and Indian Creek Plaza, Snake River Valley wineries, Nampa shopping and dining, Lake Lowell recreation area, and Boise attractions (about 35 minutes away). This location is perfect for wine tours, family vacations, work trips, or weekend getaways. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while generally quiet, occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic may occur. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), no compensation will be provided. The minimum age to rent is 21. No vaping or smoking is permitted in the home, and loud parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of furniture, and if pets are allowed, do not leave them alone without being crated. If the hot tub is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. Please refill the hot tub above the highest jet if used and home has one available. Please do not move furniture during your stay; if furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout. Fast Wi-Fi is available for work or streaming, and guests should bring their own logins. Outdoor and garage amenities, including the hot tub and sauna, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While efforts are made to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay.
