The living room features a 55" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and expansive windows, all connected to the kitchen, dining, and game room in an open floor concept. Please note that during the winter months, the outdoor dining chairs and cushions are stored away and will not be available for guest use. Parking is available for up to 6 cars with 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. Street parking is also allowed. Outdoor furniture and lake access, including kayaks, are offered seasonally. The neighborhood offers a variety of attractions such as the Donner Memorial State Park, Sugar Bowl Resort, and Downtown Truckee. Enjoy local art galleries, coffee shops, and seasonal events.
