Enjoy year-round fun with a variety of amenities, including an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings, and a game room featuring arcade games, skeeball, and a home gym complete with a Peloton and weight system. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, ample cabinetry, and a large island with high seating, making it perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. The living room features a 55" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and expansive windows, all within an open floor concept connecting the kitchen, dining, and game room. Parking is available for up to 6 cars, with 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. Street parking is also allowed. Please note that the boat lift is not for guest use, and outdoor furniture is offered seasonally, as is lake access with kayaks. The neighborhood offers a wealth of attractions, including Donner Memorial State Park, which commemorates the Donner Party and features a visitor center with exhibits on local history, hiking trails, and access to Donner Lake for swimming, fishing, and picnicking. Sugar Bowl Resort, just a short drive away, offers world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter, as well as stunning hiking and mountain biking trails during the summer. Downtown Truckee is a charming area with historic buildings, unique shops, and various dining options, perfect for exploring local art galleries, coffee shops, and enjoying seasonal events. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. There is a strict no parties policy, and violations are grounds for termination of stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. A security camera is located at the front door to monitor the cleaning team. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported before check-out.
