The full kitchen is impeccably equipped with top brands and modern appliances, with high quality coffee and tea provided for your enjoyment. A single rollaway bed is available in the unit for an additional guest and a Pack 'n Play is available upon request. The building also offers exceptional amenities, including a full service coffee bar in the lobby, car charging stations for electric vehicles, a boutique gym featuring Technogym equipment with fitness studio, a resort style pool with spa, a dedicated coworking and library area, a lounge, media and party room, and a sports simulator. The availability of some of these amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees. Parking is $50 per night and spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. Nestled in the heart of Lincoln Park, this apartment places you in one of Chicago's most sought-after neighborhoods. For explorers, Old Town, the Loop, and Wicker Park are easily accessible, while the nearby L stop at Halsted and North Avenue opens up the entire city. Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed any time before 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and additional charges. If a guest checks out later than 1:00 PM without prior authorization, they will be charged for an additional night's stay. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located and termination of the stay without a refund. Any noise complaints from neighbors or building management may result in termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals. If you have a service animal, please notify the host prior to check-in. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of USD$500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors.
