Highlights include spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two living areas with flat-screen TVs, and a private pool and hot tub with loungers. The game room features a pool table, and there is a free washer and dryer and an EV charger available. If you’d like to add pool and spa heating, please let us know at least a week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, invoiced separately. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval required. We allow up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. A propane tank is available for guests to fill up and use during their stay. Located in ChampionsGate, FL, this gated master-planned community offers a lifestyle full of fun and luxury. Enjoy world-class golf courses, resort-style amenities, and easy access to Orlando’s famous theme parks, including Disney World, as well as shopping and dining at Posner Park. Conveniently located near I-4 and 27 freeways, getting around is simple and stress-free. Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs may disrupt schedules and could incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Provided for your convenience are basic bathroom and kitchen supplies. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. This home offers remote work-friendly spaces with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying your getaway.
