No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is a strict no-pet policy, with a $500 pet fee per pet for any unauthorized pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. The indoor fireplace is not to be used under any circumstances, and violations will result in damages and a fine. Guests are asked to refrain from hanging on or using the rain chains.
