Renovations and upgrades blend the charm of an original Tufts Cottage with modern conveniences, ensuring guests feel welcomed and enjoy all the comforts of home. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, and free private parking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. Located in the heart of Pinehurst, this cottage offers easy access to cultural and recreational activities, with close proximity to dining and shopping options. Access is seamless with a unique access code provided for the duration of your stay, eliminating the need for keys. Smoking is not allowed, and the property is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay. Please note that people other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight. No large events or parties are allowed on the property. The house is privately owned, and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness while on the premises. Pool rules include no running, diving, jumping, or flipping into or next to the pool, no glass in or near the pool, and no food or drink in the pool. Children should not be left unattended.
