Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Parties or events are prohibited, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
