Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Parties and events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering are not allowed. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is also prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house.
