The home offers first-floor access with a couple of stairs, and all bedrooms are located on the second floor. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed, and extra guests require management consent. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit or falsify occupancy information are subject to eviction and a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. Exceptions to the rules must be approved in writing in advance. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking. Your unit number is 1533, and the main door to your unit is located within the courtyard, so you’ll need to enter the courtyard first before reaching your unit.
