Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. Any exceptions to the rules must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and local resident restrictions apply, with guests residing within a 100-mile radius required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
