This home features a modern space with high ceilings and interior design details, a spacious living and dining room, and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors are throughout, and large windows provide plenty of natural light. The modern bathroom includes tiles and a bathtub. Access to a shared swimming pool and daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. High chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. You'll be steps away from the St. Charles Streetcar (trolley), providing easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, and all the vibrant neighborhoods of New Orleans. The Central Business District, Superdome, and Smoothie King Center are also within walking distance or a quick Lyft ride. Enjoy free street parking and the convenience of being near top restaurants and lively late-night spots along St. Charles Avenue. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine. No smoking is permitted in the unit. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
