The pet fee is $50 per pet for the whole stay with a maximum of 2 pets. No large animals allowed. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee for small pets applies. No pets in pools or hot tubs. If evidence of pets in pools or hot tubs is found, guests will receive a $250 fine. This home is perfectly located in the heart of East Austin, making it easy to explore the city's best spots. Whether you're walking, biking, or catching a quick ride, you'll have no trouble getting around. You're just minutes from some of Austin’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. 6th Street and Rainey Street are a short stroll away for live music, great food, and nightlife. Austin is a bike-friendly city, and you’ll find rental bikes and scooters readily available nearby. They're a great way to zip around downtown and beyond. Uber and Lyft are always just a few minutes away, offering quick and easy rides to destinations like South Congress (SoCo), Zilker Park, or the airport. The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby. If you're bringing a car, street parking is available. Keep in mind that some areas may have permit or time restrictions. Wherever you're headed, you’re never far from the action! Be aware that the dryer is currently unavailable for use. No loud noise is allowed between 10pm and 8am with a $250 fine for violations. Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not allowed inside the home with fines ranging from $250 to $1500, but you can smoke in outdoor areas if you properly discard cigarette butts in smoking receptacles with a $20 fine for littered butts. No confetti or glitter is allowed due to the difficulty of cleanup, with fines ranging from $150 to $300. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty, ranging from $125 to $500. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited on this property. We don’t allow disruptive gatherings, open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, excessive visitors, excessive trash or littering, smoking nuisances, parking nuisances, trespassing, or vandalism. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit and mid-stay cleaning.
