The kitchen leads to the laundry room and back porch, equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. The bedrooms are organized around a central common space: Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has two Full beds, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, each with a closet and blackout curtains. Two bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo, toilet, sink, and mirror with drying hooks. Pet friendly with a fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located just minutes from downtown, this home is close to Lorick Park and 9 minutes from USC. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, the area has never had any security issues. For those concerned, a discussion and refund option within 24 hours of booking is available. The residential area is best navigated by car, but Uber and Lyft are also available. Guests will receive their door code twenty-four hours prior to check-in and will have full and private access to the home and yard with no shared spaces. Contact-free check-in is offered, with support available via phone call if needed. There is a train in the vicinity, so some train noise is expected. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up.
