This apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, luxe bath amenities by Public Goods & Beekman 1802, a comfy mattress and soft cotton sheets, and an in-unit washer and dryer. On-site valet parking is available with unlimited in-and-out privileges for $40 per night, with discounts available for longer parking stays. Note that trucks are not accepted (Vehicle Max Height: 6'8" [80"]). Pets are welcome for $25 per night max 2 pets (capped at $250 per month). Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. As a primary destination for travelers, Center City boasts a majority of the biggest and toniest hotels in the region and more restaurants, bars, and cafes than any other part of the city. You will be close to so much that Philly has to offer, including being across the street from Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and Washington Square Park, a 5-minute walk to Reading Terminal Market, and a 10-minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. This room is located directly below an active wedding venue (The Down Town Club). On wedding nights, guests may hear loud music and feel some vibration until the event ends. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. There are 4 small steps leading to the building's lobby.
