The giant, fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you need to create your favorite meals, plus a Nespresso pod maker and carafe coffee maker. It is also a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, great for hiking and mountain biking. This is a net-zero home, meaning all electricity and water are generated on-site. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
