The community pool offers a refreshing dip, while the lounge and clubhouse provide additional spaces for relaxation and socializing. A one-time pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is a short drive from several popular spots: the University of South Florida is 5 minutes away, the Museum of Science & Industry is 8 minutes away, and Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes away. Nature lovers will appreciate Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park, both within easy reach. Tampa Palms offers a blend of suburban residential streets with urban charm, with numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
