Out back, enjoy the tiny home, fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, featuring a surprisingly spacious shower and a kitchen with all essentials. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. Very safe and neighbors are all very friendly. Easily found on any GPS and easily located by Uber or Lyft. The tiny home is heated with space heaters, not central heating. Check-in and check-out are automated for maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are prohibited, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.
