The kitchen is equipped with large pots and pans, bakeware, a coffee maker, a tea kettle, a blender, a rice cooker, and a toaster. Upstairs, you'll find a loft area with a TV, seating area, and a small workspace. The master bedroom includes a smart TV, walk-in closet, full bathroom with a sauna machine, outdoor balcony, patio furniture, and a hot tub. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer Samsung duo. The "Blue Room" has hues of blue, gray, and gold, a full-sized mirror, a full bathroom, and a closet. The "Red Room" has pops of red, another walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and an outdoor balcony. All of the beds are Asian themed and are low to the ground. Parking is available for one vehicle inside the garage with a Tesla charger, and two vehicles on the driveway. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer, with a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting. The apartment is a 5-minute car ride from both the beach and the Las Olas strip, and a 10-minute Uber ride from Riverfront. Holiday Park is a few blocks away. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. There are five outdoor cameras and two sound level detection devices on the property. The cameras are located in the entryway by the front door, the entryway of the garage, inside the garage, the entryway of the side patio door, the side patio walkway, and the backyard pool area. The sound level detection devices are located on each level of the house. One is attached to the ceiling in the kitchen area and another in the ceiling of the second floor hallway near the laundry room. Please only use the east side of the building, including the driveway. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage chests with locks on them. They are only to be used by the cleaning crew for restocking.
