Off this room, there is a large closet that is 3ft x 7ft. In addition, there is a guest bathroom with a stall shower. The primary bedroom is spacious, 13ft x 12ft, and has its own en-suite bathroom with a claw-foot tub. There is a door leading out to the backyard, which is shared with the occupants above. You may add your own furniture and BBQ with landlord approval.  Close to the Q/B trains at 7th Ave, and the 2/3 trains at Grand Army Plaza. There is a Walgreens at 7th Ave and Park Place. Union Market is a popular market in the area off Union St and 6th Ave, just a few blocks away.
