Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed in the driveway. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $29/night fee applied for each additional guest. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
