House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed in the driveway. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $29/night fee applied for each additional guest.
