Enjoy the convenience of central AC and heating for year-round comfort. The living room is equipped with a 75-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights. The home includes a full kitchen perfect for preparing meals and a dining table with seating for four. Each bathroom is spacious and clean, featuring baths along with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, linen, and extra pillows to provide all the comforts of home. Garage parking is available, but the space is tight and best suited for smaller vehicles. If you're driving a larger vehicle, overnight street parking is available nearby. Pets are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if any waste beyond hair is found. The private rooftop lounge, accessed by an attic staircase, offers beautiful city views, but it can be tricky to access, especially for those who are not comfortable climbing stairs. The primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
