Pets are considered with a per-night, per-pet occupancy fee that varies based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights, with additional charges applying.
