A small Smart TV is available in one of the bedrooms. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The property includes a two-car attached garage and ample driveway space with no extra fee for parking. Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. The cleaning fee is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Situated in the historic Forest Hills neighborhood of East Cleveland, this home is ideal for those needing proximity to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. The neighborhood offers tree-lined streets and sidewalks, perfect for evening strolls. You can walk to Starbucks or take an Uber/Lyft to nearby restaurants and shopping, with a variety of international cuisines available. The home is a short drive from major Cleveland attractions: 7 minutes to Little Italy, 9 minutes to Cleveland Clinic and University Circle, and 20 minutes to Downtown Cleveland. Guests booking a stay between 30-59 days will have a $450 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. Exceeding this cap by more than $25 will require reimbursement. For stays of 60 days or more, guests must reimburse utility usage directly, except for Wi-Fi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see local wildlife. In the rare event of a mouse sighting inside, please alert us immediately. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., after which cars should be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid tickets. No more than four cars are allowed. Snow removal is provided only for accumulations over 3-4 inches in one day, and lawn maintenance is handled during spring, summer, and fall.
