Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets with a 40 lbs combined weight are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
