Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
