Feel at home in this fully furnished apartment located in the Upper East Side on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue in a walk-up building. This apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is right next to the Q subway line on 2nd Avenue and a few minutes from the 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th and Lexington Avenue), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops and many other stores. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. We also require verification of employment letter and a copy of your current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment. The stove is currently not functioning and we are waiting for Con Edison to sort it out. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
