The house is located in a residential area, so guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. The property is not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. Outside music is not allowed at any time. Pets are not allowed in this rental unit. Please ensure to check out on time to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Energy conservation is appreciated by turning off air conditioning, lights, fans, and other non-essential appliances when leaving for the day. Please use the beach access available from the property and do not cut through neighbors' yards.
